My partner Cooter (30 Model A Tudor, BBJADE) and I ("34 Ford 5-Window, I BLD M2) met many of the group last year on the cross country run and again this last week-end on the Gone Roddin' cruise. Great bunch of guys and gals!!! Lookin forward to Moncton next Summer. Should have the '34 Roadster that Homer started many years ago finished by then!!! Next week, actually!

Welcome here Mike, you never know I might bump into you next year if I get there. The A sounds like you have been getting into it, now that you are nearly finished it a pic would be great to see when you are all rego'd and taken it for a run.
Cheers, John

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!!! John, we did meet briefly in the lobby of one of the many hotels we stayed at during the cross Canada run last year, at the western end I think. I checked your ride out on the site, mine should only look that good!!!!

Giday Mike, now could you tell me which car colour etc is yours, sorry mate I meet a lot of folks on that trip and unless I can put something to someone or a face to a name I'm a real dead s*it when it comes to remembering names, actually I would say my ex wife would most likely call me that anyway, hahahaha. I most likely have a phot of it so I would be able to have a look at it then as well, maybe if you don't know how to post pics yet I could post it for you if I have it here.
Cheers, John
Welcome Oldman, glad you made it. Probably met you on the tour too, but, to many faces and names to match up.

John, I was driving a black, chopped '34 Ford 5-window, pulling a black Mullins trailer. The plate on the car reads: "I BLD M2" Most of the time, I was following Cooter & Brenda in her green Model "A" Tudor: BB JADE. Most guys all use their "user name" on this site so it's hard to put a name to the nick name. I'm starting to recognize a few now.

You don't mean this car do you, Mike:) A neat Rod with all the right bits and pieces on it, parked next to Jerry's Buick. This photo was taken at the Foothills Bar B Que in Calgary.

Yes, John, that's my car. I remember Jerry's Buick as he was following me in Sarnia on the "Gone Roddin" weekend and we both got lost!!! Definately a case of the blind leading the blind. Thanks for the kind words about the car. I don't know where the Mullins was when you took the pic?
