Nostalgia Drags/Car Show @ Grand Bend

July 5, 2008 GBM/ONDR Nostalgia Day, Grand Bend,Ontario. One day cruise in, drag races, car show, vendor’s area, hosted by ONDR & Grand Bend Motorplex. This is for 1974 and older cars, ONDR and 1/8 mile street rod drags. Nostalgia Drag racing, 1/8 mile Street Rod Drag racing and Car Show.

I know I'm going and there will be a bunch of guys from the London area headed up.

I'm going to try to make it down, its always a good time watching the ONDR guys run. What time do the festivities begin?

A bunch of us are showing up Friday night. Time trials will most likely start at 10:00 am Saturday.

Sounds good. What time do they open the gates now? Last time I was there way early.

Some nice looking iron there 34Ford, thanks for the shots. Good to see there was a lot of folks out enjoying their rides. There must have been a good roll up of people going by the first pic but no one in the grand stand:confused:.

:DWe were facing east out of the hot sun .The other side of the track was facing the sun .There were no clouds in the sky .Makes for a red face .
There was at least 500 people there not counting the guys in their cars or in the pits .All in all it was fun watching this time .:D
