Open House & Shop Tour
Roy Brizio Street Rods
South San Francisco, California

Any real rodder will tell you that, as much as they like to view the finished product, they love to look at project stuff. Rodding is as much about what goes in as it's about the finished product. Unlike pure restorations, gazing at a finished rod or project reveals a wealth of information about preferences, techniques, tricks and subtle modifications or enhancements.

Naturally, as we've mentioned before, rodding is about personalization. When you get the opportunity to see a great many vehicles under construction in one place, you can really appreciate the personalization, the various genres of the hobby and all the variables that make rodding so unique. Sure, there are trends and fads that can, at times, yield duplication but, for the most part, everyone trys to make an individual statement. Keep this in mind as you take a look at the cars under construction and the cars parked front and rear taking in the event.

Enjoy.

This is the final prep and assembly area. Although the Brizio team hadn't been in the
premises for too long, they were well organized. A very nice shop.

Lot's of project underway and lots of rodders enjoying the view (great food too)

How about a Viper powerplant - slick

The rear lot was jammed with nice rides
