Karbelt, Canada's "first and largest performance equipment distributor", is celebrating it's 50th. anniversary this year. It was founded in 1952 by George and Lois Foote. Karbelt distributes through their Ajax Wharehouse and operates three retail stores in the greater Toronto area.

Karbelt Pickering has, in recent years, hosted an early summer open house and cruise-in. Despite threatening skies, this year's event went off as planned and rodders and car enthusiasts packed the lot, front and back. We checked it out and were glad we did. There was something there for everybody. Thanks to the folks at Karbelt Pickering for, once again, organizing this event.
